Commissioners council / the council begun its work at the beginning of August / 2009
The commission was supervised by commissioner's council which consists of six members. As they provides the strategic leadership and they take the adoption of standards, rules and regulations issued by the commission and any essential document belongs to it. In addition the commissioners receive and approve the budget of the commission, which produced to the representative council for formal approval.

 

Dr.Safaa Al-Deen Rabe'e the chairman of the commissioners
Holds bachelor's degree in electronic and computer engineering from Sweden.
Worked as an engineer in the Swedish Ericsson company for three years.
Holds a master degree and Ph.D. in Communications Engineering from Newcastle's University / UK.
Worked as a researcher and lecturer at the University of Newcastle / UK.
Worked as an engineers' head in (Techno Engineering) company.
Worked as a director of the Vergocom Company
Worked in many private companies in the eighties in Iraq as CEO and Head of Directors council.
A member of the British Engineering IET.
A member of International Engineering Association of the U.S. global IEEE.

Dr.Ali Nasser al-khweldy vice-chairman of the commissioners
Holds a bachelor of Computer and Network Engineering of the United Kingdom.
Holds a master's degree in Network Engineering at South Bank University in London, United Kingdom in 2002.
Holds a Ph.D. in telecommunications from Brunel University (United Kingdom) in 2007.
Currently a member of American International Engineering Association IEEE.
And the British Association of Engineers IET.
Worked in some of the International Companies as Technical Support and Services Company in the Middle East.
Also he worked as an adviser in British Airways Company as an engineers' head and the Royal Company for mail and Compaq Company and other companies in the same field.
Oversaw the undergraduate and master's in Engineering at Brunel University, United Kingdom.
Participate as an observer in some scientific conferences in Europe, America and the Middle East in the telecommunications researches especially the third and forth generation.
Spread more than 17 research in international conferences and journals in the world.

 

Dr.Sirkaut Namiq Abdullah
Born in Kirkuk in 1953, Holds a doctorate in Electrical Enigneering / Digital Communications from the United Kingdom in 1987.
Worked as an assistant professor in Engineering College / Electronic and Communications Engineering Department / Baghdad University and served as a chairman of the department for 9 years.
Supervised a large number of theses of graduate students in doctoral and master's degree. Posted 27 research about magazines inside and outside Iraq.

Worked for five years as a consultant in Industry Ministry (Systems Company and Electronics Industries Company)

Eng. Ali Hameed Al-Awsi
Born in Diwaniyah province in1955.
Holds a bachelor of Engineering Science, Engineering College / Baghdad University in 1977.
Former member of the commissioners of the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) and its founding shareholders after the fall of the former regime in 2003.
Worked as news' director of the Iraqi Media Network in 2003.
Posted a lot of studies and essays, analysis and political columns.
Worked in the media field and assumed media responsibilities, as he was head of the newspaper editor and director of a radio station in different periods of time 1980-1998.
Worked as an Engineer in the irrigation project ( Hilla-Diwaniyah-Digharah) 1977-1980.

Mr.Jassim Allamy
Graduated from Fine Arts College-Baghdad / Diploma of Fine Arts Institute-Baghdad.
A member of Federation of Arab producer / a member of the council of the Iraqi Producer's Union.
A member of Journalists Syndicate / a member of Journalists and Media Union in Iraq.
A member of Artists Syndicate / a member of the Theoretical Union.
A member of Painting Art / founder of the Contemporary Art / Director of Alsumaria TV / General supervision on the production of (48) television series.
Artistic Director of (36) television series of the Iraqi and Arab channels / Design Museum of women in the cultural / Design Panorama Children's Museum / authorizing and writing a number of scenarios and plays / publication of essays in the press / the work of many Iraqi and Arab stations / edited a lot of cultural and artistic programs and directed some of them / winning first prize for the best technology Arabic designer in Oman Festival 2001 / holds many of the shields and certificates of media institution / participating in tens of Arabic and International conferences and local communities.

Eng. Ahmed Mo'aiad Al-Omari
Holds a bachelor's degree in software engineering from Rafidain College –University in 2000.
Worked as Director of Communications and Information Technology of International GIBCA companies group in Dubai and was responsible for the projects of luminous fibers and installation and management the telephone exchange also managing the gates of national influence (Foundry) Cisco, as well as management of wired and wireless networks. And also he worked as the director of Information Technology for group of factories and a consultant in the field of network solutions and database systems. He also worked in Yemen for two years in the field of communications. Publish several researches and essays in the field of Information Technology at national center.
