Issue no. 4 of Rasid Released

CMC has released issue no.4 of (Rasid), which is a quarterly bulletin specialized in media monitoring issues.

Editor-in-chief Mr. Juma Al-Hilfi wrote an editorial under the title "Need of Media for Monitoring & Research … Scientific Facts for Witnessed Development".

The issue included Monitoring Department's reports on Iraqi audio and visual broadcasters for the 4th quarter of 2011 (from 1/9/2011 to 31/12/2011), a private study on how media dealt with American pullout from Iraq, reports of Audio Monitoring Section for the last 3 months of 2011, and detailed reports on users complaints against mobile and WLL operators.

The closing item of the issue was an article under the title "A Letter to Media Broadcasters" by the manager of Media and Monitoring office Mujahid Abulheil.
