Baghdad's Al-Rusafa Appeal Court Rejects Al-Baghdadia Claim

Federal Appeal Court of Baghdad / Al-Rusafa issued on 25/6/2012, its decision 393/S1/2012 dated 25/6/2012 to reject the claim raised by Al-Baghdadia Satellite Channel in favor of CMC. 

The decision followed a claim filed by the station against the CMC Hearing panel decision (22) of 1/11/2010, which provided to halt broadcasting operations and shutting-down the Channel's offices in Baghdad and all Iraqi territories, including the SNGs.
