Board of Commissioners Grant Authority to its Chairman Dr. Ali Naser A-Khuwailedy to be Deputy General Director and taking actions in international arbitration procedures in order to protect the positions and rights of the republic of Iraq
The periodical session held on 24/4/2017
Board of commissioners discussed in its periodical session held on Monday 24th April, 2017 the following topics:
- Discussing all contents of meetings formed and chaired by Ministry of Justice / State Consultative Council, to follow up the case rose against Republic of Iraq to the International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID); and discussing the letter of the legal advisor of Iraqi Government. The Board of commissioner decided to carry on legal procedures to preserve the rights of Iraq.
- As for authorizing the general director, the Commissioners Council decided to mandate its chairman: Dr. Ali Naser Al-Khuwailedy to act as CMC interim General Manager in addition to his previous tasks until is the issuance of Federal Supreme Court judgments for appeals submitted by Dr. Safaa Aldin Rabea.
