Launching a Campaign to Check up Telecommunications Services Quality in Middle Euphrates Region



In order to accomplish the best of services in telecommunications sector, CMC-Middle Euphrates Office engineering and technical cadres started its technical tours to check up telecommunications services quality provided by licensed mobile operators functioning in Iraq to identify communications problems and improve quality of services.

Inspection tours started from Najaf and Karbala provinces   following up citizens’ complaints in order to identify communications weakness and other technical problems to include the farthest point in Middle Euphrates provinces.

It was scheduled to continue tours process to follow up the services provided by various mobile phones companies in provinces: (Babylon, Karbala, Najaf and Diwaniyah) to oblige those companies to provide their best services to the citizens.

In return, citizens praised CMC for its fast response in following up complaints and figuring out communications problems.

It is worth mentioning that CMC- Middle Euphrates office cadres of communications regularity were doing periodical and continuous tours to reach all Provinces centers, districts and villages of Middle Euphrates region.
