Mr.Burhan Al-Mamouri” Iraqi Parliament Member Visits CMC headquarter, Declaring Parliament’s Aim to Approve Anti-Cyber Crime Law; he Praise objectives of Du3m 2025 Initiative



Engineer: “Burhan Al-Mamouri”: Iraqi Parliament Member who represnts Saeroun Coalition visited CMC. He was received by Dr. Ali Nasser Al-Khuwaildi: CMC Chief Executive Officer and CMC Board of Commissioners Members: Mr. Salem Mashkor and Mr. Jassim Al-Lami. Mr. Al Mamouri together with CMC senior administration discussed the nature of the work presented by CMC, and its development programs in ICT sector. CMC Chief Executive Officer presented detailed demonstration about CMC achievements and projects, and about the objectives and anticipated results of Du3m 2025 strategic initiative launch.

 Mr. “Burhan Al-Mamouri”: Services and Reconstruction Committee member expressed his admiration for the strategic plans and objectives launched of Du3m 2025 initiative. He added that his visit came to evaluate CMC’s work and performance, and the completion percentage of the works assigned to CMC, indicating that the Services and Reconstruction Committee sought to approve Anti-Cyber Crime Law according to the principle of protecting citizens’ rights and the state security, in such a way that did not contradict human rights.

 Mr. Salem Mushkour explained to the Member of Parliament the frameworks and problems facing CMC and its sectors, requesting the parliament to take actions to backup the development of ICT sectors to promote country’s technology.
